Standard UK postage is charged from £1.50 (inc VAT) dependant on the weight.
Royal Mail First Class post is used for standard delivery and is not a time guaranteed service but will generally arrive next day (not Sundays) but please allow 5 working days before contacting us.
UK Courier Service or Royal Mail Special Delivery is used for next day deliveries (excluding Saturday and Sunday deliveries)
Saturday deliveries are possible at an extra cost by Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
EU/International Swift Air postage is charged from £5.50 dependant on the weight.
Overseas orders are shipped using this service and have to be signed for.
EU/International Courier shipping is an express service for overseas delivery.
International orders take from 2-10 days to arrive depending on the country they are being shipped to and mail service used. Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.
Total postage charge will be given in the Postage Options section of the Checkout after the relevant service has been chosen.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service or courier service. If you aren’t available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to receive your parcel.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days and we will issue you a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.
Delivery charges are only refundable if the goods are faulty/wrongly supplied and a refund is made.
- The items are your responsibility until they are received by us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our offices, unless sent via a time guaranteed service.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Faulty / wrongly supplied items
If the item you received is faulty or we have sent the wrong item, please contact customer services quoting your order number, the details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty or wrongly supplied items to return them to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
