3. Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. You may return any item for a full refund within a week if the item remains unopened. Recorded material such as DVDs, Videos and CDs will not be accepted for return/exchange. Please call DMC to arrange the refund/exchange.
